Signs that God is Transitioning You

You can check out this list of the signs that God is transitioning you.

 1. Going through a life crisis

If you are experiencing a crisis in your relationship, finances, career, or family life, it could be a clue that you must change the course of your life already. It can be a sign that God is leading you into a better path.

Moreover, it can be an indication that a new opportunity is coming for you. You are probably meant to explore and learn more about yourself. So, consider your current struggle as a new adventure to help you discover what you want in life. It can also teach you to make important changes to achieve peace and joy. So, do not be so hopeless, and always remember that everything happens for a reason.

 2. Feeling confused

What if I tell you that being confused or lost can be good sometimes? Yes, it is possible that your confusion now is for your benefit. It could be a sign that some significant changes are coming your way. These confusions may lure you to come out of your shell.

Sometimes, there is no way to turn back in a transition process, and you could get scared of moving forward. The good thing about this is you are reminded to rely on God for wisdom. It humbles you before Him, making you more eager to hear His still, small voice.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

3. Things seem falling apart

Does it feel like everything you have planned is starting to fall apart? It could be one of the signs that God is transitioning you. If you are in the process of change, some parts of your life may need to be released. This is necessary to pave the way for the transformation process.

Did you experience some tough losses recently? Naturally, this is one of the most obvious signs that you are gearing up to experience a form of transformation. The things that have been removed are probably not needed in your upcoming new journey. So, cheer up and keep your faith in God.

4. Feeling stagnant

Are you feeling bored of your present condition? Sometimes you may feel like being stuck in a situation that is stagnant or monotonous. If you are bothered by this, it means that God wants you to do something about the situation. He is stirring that hunger for new opportunities within.

Being stuck on the same level is actually a sign that you lack experience, maturity, and insight to keep moving forward. To overcome this, you need to recognize that you are in the constant process of life transition. God wants you to keep moving towards the ultimate purpose of your life.

 5. So many questions

It is normal to think and question yourself about what is happening in your life. Sometimes, you cannot help but ask what you did wrong, what to do to overcome a situation, and how it ends.  Since you cannot see the future, it is typical to feel anxious about the unknown.

Certain transitioning situations will compel you to question God for things you do not understand too. If you have reached this point, maybe it is a call for you to humble yourself before God, ask for His wisdom, and listen to His voice. The moment you do, you will realize that moving forward becomes easier.

6. Uneasiness in your heart

Have you ever come to a point when you have no peace in spite of the favorable condition you are in? For instance, you probably have a good job, but for some reason, you do not feel comfortable about it anymore. Or you maybe have that unexplainable discomfort because everything around you seems good enough.

Sometimes, God would convict you to step out of your comfort zone. It would be characterized by uneasiness or anxiety that will tell you that something is missing. Whenever you experience this, do not forget to ask God to guide you to what He wants you to do.

 7. Understanding yourself better

Another sign that you are in a transition period is realizing that every trial you faced in the past had a purpose. If you have begun to understand and appreciate the pain you endured before, it means you have moved forward. The more you realize that things happened for a reason, the more you become grateful for your journey.

Moreover, if you have arrived at this stage, that means you have started to understand yourself better. This is a necessary period so you can be more ready to face a new season in life. One way God makes you stronger for future challenges is by strengthening your self-esteem.

8. Increasing faith

Have you experienced faith crises before that now you are grateful for? Those problems have probably helped you trust God all the more no matter how hard a situation is. Also, you have maybe gained godly wisdom through them, and now you can use it to solve your current struggle.

If you have struggled a lot lately and all those challenges led you to increase faith in God, it could be another sign. The Lord probably wants to strengthen your faith so He can lead you to a new situation where He can use you for His glory.

God is with You

Always remember that you do not need to be completely ready for every possible event or outcome. What you really need is a solid faith and relationship with God. If you trust God will all your heart, you will not be afraid to obey whenever He calls you to the unknown.

Never delay or disregard when God calls you to do something. Do it with your whole heart because He will always be with you. He will help you accomplish your purpose in the next season of your life. Deuteronomy 31:6 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you or forsake you.”

Moreover, always remember that things will be alright with a deeper understanding of what is happening to you. That is why, when you do not know what is happening to you, seek God all the more. Ask Him for wisdom to help you understand the situation. As you continue to rely on the Lord through prayers and His Word during uncertain times, you will grow more mature.
