The Bible tells us that God is good. He is faithful, just, and holy. His love for us is everlasting. And because He loves us, He wants us to love Him back.
God has shown His goodness to us in many ways. He gave us life and the ability to enjoy it. He created a beautiful world for us to live in. And He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins so we could be forgiven and have eternal life with Him.
God’s goodness is not based on what we do or don’t do. It’s not dependent on our performance or how well we behave. His goodness is simply who He is—an ever-present, loving God who wants nothing more than for us to know Him and love Him back.
When we receive God’s goodness, it changes everything. It fills us with joy and peace. It gives us hope for the future. And it enables us to extend His goodness to others.
