Is there a guy who is making you feel special now? Maybe he has not expressed it yet, but it may seem like he is making some moves to win your heart. But, on the other hand, he is probably shy and is only waiting for the right time to court you formally.

Formal courtship starts when the guy directly expresses his intention to a woman. However, not all men are brave enough to be straightforward about what they feel, so some start by doing actions that will hint at the girl they like. Courting may have informally begun then.

Do Not Assume Unless Expressed

Even if these signs are all present, it is still not safe to conclude that this guy is courting you seriously. Until he has confessed his feelings to you and asked for your permission for a formal courtship, do not be emotionally attached to him.

Beware of cocky guys who are fond of leading girls on but have no intention of pursuing them. Of course, one could make you fall through his sweet words and actions, but once you confess to him, he would apologize for the ‘misunderstanding’.

To keep your heart safe from being broken, be careful not to give your trust to anyone so quickly. Yes, enjoy the friendship and the attention, but be sure to guard your heart.

Good information! My guy is taking it slow as if he is worried about scaring me off.

I understand that many of these signs could fall under “being bought with money/things/attention etc” but the conclusion looks a bit callous.
After all the signs, pointing out how is the guy to spend a lot of his time, effort and resources, just to be rewarded with: “do not be emotionally attached to him” and “enjoy the friendship and the attention, but be sure to guard your heart”. How sweet. Suck him dry!

Sorry, but from male perspective, that’s how it sounds. Where’s the line: “appreciate all he does for you”?
May i suggest that you let some (honest) guys (if you know such) read this article and give their opinion?

Best Regards:)
