Speak And Inspire Quest Challenge: Learn How To Impact Others Positively

If you have a message, but don’t have the communication skills or confidence to get that message out there in a way that’s impactful, then the Speak and Inspire quest by Lisa Nichols is a 30-day challenge you will want to take.

5 Reasons You Should Take The Speak And Inspire Quest Challenge

1. You Will Learn How To Communicate Better

Communication is the key to every relationship. Lisa Nichols teaches you how to communicate better with loved ones, friends, coworkers, and strangers.

She gives you the insights and tools you need to make your voice and your message heard and received in a positive way.

She also gives you the insights you need to listen better, which is a huge part of communication! When you can pay attention to what people are saying around you, all things become easier as you validate them and avoid confusion that often happens when poor listening habits are in place.

Lastly, she gives you the tools to have the tough conversations. With your coworkers, parents, kids, friends, or spouse, confronting them in an appropriate way can make all the difference to the outcome.

2. You Will Learn How to Speak Your Truth

Learn why it’s important to speak your truth and how to do it. Sharing your story is a big focus in the Speak and Inspire quest.

It may feel uncomfortable at first, but the more you practice doing it, the more you are able to connect with people on a real level and get the results you actually want in life.

When you are hiding behind someone else’s truth, people catch on and sense that you are not speaking your truth. Moreover, people don’t know what you really want out of a relationship with them, and that can be frustrating for them and for you.

3. Get Comfortable Speaking To Strangers

A lot of the Speak and Inspire quest involves… speaking! On Facebook, you connect with a tribe of other people who are also taking the Speak and Inspire quest or who have already taken it. There you need to create videos as part of your homework and speak to the tribe.

The good thing about this is that you can’t see these people. When you create your speech, you can pretend like you are speaking to a camera instead of an audience.

The Speak and Inspire tribe will interact with your videos, which will help you build up your confidence in speaking and putting your words out there.

4. Craft Your Message

How do you want to impact the people around you?

How do you want to impact the world?

The Speak and Inspire quest can help you figure that out and craft the message you want to send out about yourself, your story, and more.

5. Restore Your Faith In Humanity

If you feel like you’ve lost your faith in humanity, then Mindvalley, Lisa Nichols, and the Speak and Inspire tribe will help restore it.

You will see how many beautiful people there are trying to do good things and spread good messages in the world.

You will also see that despite the news and negative opinions of people, there are plenty of people who love, respect, and welcome all types of people with all types of beliefs.

What Is The Speak And Inspire Quest?

It’s a quest on Mindvalley done by the charismatic Lisa Nichols. It’s essentially a course that is broken down into 31 bite-sized bits of information for 31 days.

Lisa Nichols is an excellent speaker and does a lot of motivational and inspirational speeches. In the Speak and Inspire quest, she teaches you all the secrets she knows for getting your message out there and speaking effectively.

Here’s an example of how Lisa Nichols speaks:

Each day you watch a video with Lisa Nichols where she talks about the subject of the day. You have no more than 15 minutes of video to watch each day. But, you do have tasks that you need to do each day.

  • Some days you need to make videos.
  • Some days you just need to practice what you learned.
  • Every day you need to do some mirror work using a statement that Lisa Nichols teaches at the beginning of the program.

The Tribe Will Help You Complete This Challenge

As I said, along with the quest, you get access to a tribe of people who are also taking the quest on Facebook. This tribe is very important to your success.

Part of the challenge is to post on this Facebook page. In fact, Lisa Nichols wants you to do a couple of videos and post them on the Facebook page. (Trust me, this is hard for most people!) The tribe is there to motivate you, encourage you, and inspire you.

I want you to know that you may not get a lot of interaction with your videos. It’s very interesting how some people get a ton of interaction and comments and some people don’t. I’m not sure if it’s an algorithm that pushes some videos and posts into people’s homepages, but it just seems to work out that there are always a few people who don’t get the reaction and feedback they were hoping for.

That sucks. When you challenge yourself to post a video, you want a positive response to make up for the fear and nervousness.

But, know that it doesn’t matter. Whether you have a thousand people interacting with you or one, this is a challenge for YOU. You don’t need validation from other people in this challenge because, in life, you are not always going to get validation and you need to be able to speak up and share your message anyway. So, it’s actually a good challenge to not get a lot of feedback on your videos! It makes you stronger and more resilient in the face of awkwardness and struggle.
