1. Always Be Open To The Idea That You CAN Unlock The Power Of Your Mind
Being open to possibilities is important. You must do this. There’s no way around it. If you continuously deny that your mind is more powerful than it currently is, you will never unlock the power of your mind. Never. You will never know its capabilities.
Stop saying you can’t!
Stop limiting yourself to what you are capable of!
Stop believing that there is only one way, one possibility, and one path for you in life.

Have you heard of this experiment that took eight men in their late 70s to stay in a retreat for one week? They came into an environment that represented their ‘prime’ years, with their favorite music, books, magazines, and television. All of the participants in this study improved by the end of just seven days. They were more mobile (even playing touch football on day six), had better hearing, posture, memory, and vision. And they reported an increase in their overall well-being.
