Bible Verses About Jesus Resurrection (KJV)

1 Corinthians 6:14

Resurrection is the belief that Jesus Christ rose from the dead after being crucified. This event is central to Christianity, and is discussed in detail in the Bible. Many Christians believe that resurrection is a key part of God’s plan for salvation.

The Bible says that after Jesus was crucified, he was buried in a tomb. On the third day, he rose from the dead and appeared to his disciples. After his resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven. Christians believe that because Jesus was resurrected, we can also be resurrected after we die.

When Jesus was crucified on the cross, all hope seemed lost. But on the third day, Jesus rose from the dead, proving that he is who he said he was-the Son of God. This event changed everything, and because of it, we can have hope for eternal life. The resurrection shows us that death is not the end, and that through Jesus we can be reconciled to God.

“For I know that my Redeemer lives, and that at the last he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another” (Job 19:25-27). This hope is what gives us strength to face whatever challenges life throws our way. Because of Jesus, we can have hope for a future beyond this life.

Resurrection is a powerful reminder that death is not the end. Because of Jesus’ resurrection, we have hope for eternal life with God. This hope gives us strength to face the challenges of this life, knowing that our ultimate destiny is secure in God’s hands.

Because of what Jesus did for us, we no longer need to fear death or be controlled by our sin, we can have confidence in our own future resurrection. We can know true freedom and peace through a relationship with him. If you have not yet received Jesus as your Savior, we invite you to do so today!

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of eternal life!
